The Word of Mouth Group is a family business established in 1995 by Mervyn Palmer, situated on the Palmer Family farm, Picton, Bainsvlei, Free State, RSA.  

A few years later Mervyn’s wife, Lynn, joined the business, thus expanding their horizons and furthering their expertise. Their son Justyn joined forces with his parents, establishing the plumbing and granite side of the business.  

Their daughter Cally-Anne is enthusiastically involved with sales and promotion of the businesses.  

This diverse team with their knowledge, resources and commitment has grown to become one of the most popular business groups in the area.  

They pride themselves on providing top-level workmanship and endeavour to give their clients excellent service and satisfaction by catering for each customers individual needs and desires. The business steadily grew into many facets of the Carpentry and Home Improvement Industry, namely Word of Mouth Cupboards, Furniture, Plumbing, Worktops and Interior Design.
